Europlate 2026 : A major European plate meeting on April 4th & 5th in Mulhouse !

EUROPLATE, the famous association of license plates collectors and enthusiasts is pleased to announce its 2026 meeting in Mulhouse, France on the 4th and 65th of April 2026. Europlate organises this meeting jointly with Francoplaque and Placamundi. This meeting is open to any member of another license plate club, such as AISTA, AKS, De Nummerplaat, De Taksplaat, PL.PL8, ALPCA, NPCC, etc. and member of any Facebook license plate group.

The meeting will take place on Sunday 5th, inside the “MNA”, “Musée National de l’Automobile”, which is the largest automobile Museum in France. It is located close to the Basel / Mulhouse Euro-AirportMore pictures of the Museum and proposed hotel below.


The program is as follows:

April 4th - Saturday

15:30 - 19:00 - Reception and Registration by Organisation staff, in the La Taverne Restaurant, close to the
 “
EcoMusée d’Alsace”, a typical folk-museum in Ungersheim. Distribution of badges and MNA tickets at the La Taverne bar.

Possible visit of the Ecomusée, drinks with friends

20:00 - 22:00 - Friendship Dinner in the EcoMusée “La Taverne” restaurant

22:00 - 22:30 - Access to your room in *** “Les Loges” hotel or another Mulhouse hotel

April 5th - Sunday (Easter)

08:00 - 09:00 - Specific access to the MNA Monaco Hall, for Table accommodations,

                       then secured parking lot and access through the Museum public entrance

09:00 - 18:00 - Exchange activities, displays

11:00 - 14:00 - Luncheon service available at the museum restaurants

11:00 - 16:00 - Free tour in the MNA museum

16:00 - 18:00 - Auction - Best Plate and Best Display Awards, with AKS and several other sponsor clubs.

April 6th - Monday

approx 10:00 - 15:00 – Optional Tour in the historical center of Colmar, 40km north of Mulhouse


The price of the basic package is 40€/p and includes:

  • Accreditation

  • Welcome drink on April 4th

  • Access to the Monaco exchange hall, April 5th

  • Space for your display and/or your club kakemono / rollout banner

  • Free tour in the Mulhouse National Automobile museum, April 5th

  • Secured parking lot


Various options consist of :

  • Dinner on April 4th (30€)

  • Accommodation, parking and breakfast in «Les Loges» hotel (50€/pax in a shared room on 2 levels (1+2 beds),
    35€ extra fee for private room of 1 or 2 persons if available, otherwise extra-fee is 50€ for 2 persons in a 3 beds Family room)

  • Accompanied person for MNA visit on April 5th (20€/p)

  • 1 exhibition table (180x70 cm) in the Monaco exchange hall (15€/table, 2 max)

  • Extended accommodation in Les Loges hotel

  • EcoMusée d’Alsace (open during weekend, closed on monday 6th)

  • Guided tour in Colmar historical center on April 6th from 10 a.m to 12 p.m.(15€/p), and after lunch, visit amond Riquewihr and vineyards

Remark:

  • Attendees arriving by plane will be put in contact together so they can share taxi or car rental

  • Arrival on April 5th accepted if payment done by April 1st as badges have to be printed
  • Unregistered people will not be allowed in the Monaco exchange hall,

  • The organisation team takes care of tables and displays while attendees leave the room for lunch and museum visit,

  • Requests for assistance must be submitted before February 15th, 2026.
